We started printing books for our parent publishing company, Imprint Academic, in the late 1990s. The need was simple: produce short runs of academic books quickly and to a high standard without the minimum quantities demanded by offset lithography.
By 2007 we had expanded our facilities at our site in Upton Pyne and began working with a growing number of publishers, independent authors, and businesses across the UK.
Today, everything is still handled in-house at our production facility. Publishers, authors, charities, corporations and universities all work with us — from small first editions to thousand-copy runs for established imprints.
Everything we produce is made in-house. We have never outsourced and we never will — it is the foundation of everything we do.
