Paperbacks start at 10 copies and hardbacks at 25. You can compare a small run for a reading group with a larger run for a congregation, organisation or publisher.
These can be printed from your finished interior PDF and cover file. Choose the page size, paper and binding for the way the book will be used. For short service booklets, see order of service printing.
Uncoated paper is a useful starting point for text. Compare shade, opacity and feel using our sample pack. For a Bible-style edition with very thin paper or an unusually high page count, ask us to check the full specification before finalising the files.
Switch to hardback to compare the supported cover materials and finishing options, including cloth, foil and ribbon markers. The calculator applies the options available for the selected binding and cover.
Supply a PDF with the intended characters and fonts embedded, and check the proof carefully. For right-to-left editions, confirm the page sequence, binding edge and cover layout with us before ordering. Reading direction is not a calculator setting.
Thread-sewn sections generally help a book open more easily, but paper, page count, size and cover construction all affect the result. We do not promise that every sewn book will lie completely flat. See thread-sewn binding or ask for a sample.
