Personalised and branded diaries printed in-house. Day-per-page or week-to-view, any start month, hardback or paperback from 10 copies.
Off-the-shelf diaries force a choice: the layout you want with someone else’s branding, or your branding stuck on a generic insert. And they all start in January — no help to a school planning September to July, a charity with an April financial year, or a brand launching mid-season.
We print personalised diaries from scratch at our Exeter bindery. Day-per-page, week-to-view or your own custom grid, dated from any start month, in hardback, paperback or wire-O. Your cover, your branding on the page furniture, your extras — year planners, notes sections, information pages. From 10 copies for a team to thousands for a retail or membership run.

Client gifts and staff diaries with foil-blocked covers, brand-coloured page furniture and company information pages. The classic year-end corporate gift, done properly.
September-start student planners and homework diaries with school branding, term dates, timetable pages and code-of-conduct sections. Built to survive a school year.
Dated products for stationery brands and specialist niches — wellness diaries, gardening year books, fitness logs. Retail-grade finishing, barcoded, run sizes that match sell-through.
Membership diaries with fixture lists, event calendars and directory pages. Financial-year or season starts, small runs from 10 copies.
Diary cost is driven mostly by the layout decision — a week-to-view book is roughly a third of the pages of day-per-page. The rows below show both at live prices. Get an exact quote for your spec and start month.

Yes — the dated grid is printed, not bought in, so a September academic start, an April financial year or an 18-month spread all cost the same as January–December. Tell us the span and we set the dates.
Either. Supply a print-ready PDF with your own dated layout, or ask for our day-per-page and week-to-view grid templates and drop your branding, colours and extras in. For fully bespoke grids (columns for a specific workflow, saints’ days, tide tables — we’ve seen most things) send the spec and we’ll set it.
10 copies — a genuine short run, not a promotional-catalogue floor of 250. Corporate runs typically land at 50–250, school diaries at one-per-student plus spares, retail runs at 250–1,000. Unit cost falls meaningfully at 50, 100, 250 and 500.
Have files approved by mid-November for comfortable pre-Christmas delivery — hardback runs take 10–15 working days plus proofing, and December couriers are December couriers. School diaries for September want files in by mid-July. We schedule backwards from your start date; tell us the deadline at quote stage.
Week-to-view (about 144 pages with extras) keeps the diary slim, cheap and giftable — right for most corporate and membership runs. Day-per-page (about 368 pages) suits working diaries, school planners with daily homework space, and anything sold as a serious tool. The page count roughly doubles the book, so it’s also a price decision — the table below shows both.
Yes — individual names can be foiled or printed on covers copy by copy, from a simple spreadsheet. Popular for staff diaries and premium client gifts. Per-copy personalisation adds a set-up element, so it prices best from 25 copies up.
Diaries are written on both sides of every page, so opacity matters more than in most books. We recommend 90–100gsm opaque stocks — heavy enough that biro and fountain pen don’t ghost, light enough that a day-per-page book stays comfortable. Cream reads traditional; white reads corporate.
