Yes — reprints are the heart of manual work. Send the revised PDF, approve the proof, and the new version prints to the same spec at the same price. We recommend a version number and date on the cover or footer; versioned covers cost nothing extra and end “which edition is this?” forever.
That’s the point of the paper we recommend — 100gsm uncoated takes biro, pencil and highlighter without smearing or ghosting. For workbooks with heavy exercise content, 120gsm gives extra body. Avoid gloss stocks for anything write-in: ballpoint skids and highlighter never dries.
Yes — mono text sections with colour diagram or photo sections is the cost-efficient way to build a big manual, and the quote prices each section separately. A 200-page manual with 24 colour pages costs far less than the same manual in full colour.
Yes — tabbed section dividers are available on wire-O manuals and are worth it for anything used as a reference (compliance manuals, SOPs, facilitator guides). Tell us the section breaks and we’ll set the tab bank.
