Wire-O, in most cases, a manual that's used at a desk needs to lie flat and fold back on itself, and wire-O is the only binding that does both. Choose perfect or PUR binding when shelf presence matters more than desk use (employee handbooks, textbooks): the printable spine keeps a bookshelf of manuals navigable.

Yes. Choose an uncoated stock from the calculator, such as 100gsm opaque or 100/120gsm bookwove, and test a sample with the pens and highlighters delegates will use. Resistance to ink bleed, smearing and show-through varies with the paper and ink. Coated photo stocks are better suited to printed images than to write-in exercises.
Yes, mono text sections with colour diagram or photo sections is the cost-efficient way to build a big manual, and the quote prices each section separately. A 200-page manual with 24 colour pages costs far less than the same manual in full colour.
Yes, tabbed section dividers are available on wire-O manuals and are worth it for anything used as a reference (compliance manuals, SOPs, facilitator guides). Tell us the section breaks and we'll set the tab bank.
