From 10 copies Saddle-stitched or perfect bound A5 to A4 Full colour on silk or gloss Soft-touch cover options Fast UK turnaround

A brochure is usually the most expensive-feeling thing a company hands out — and the gap between a flimsy trade-counter brochure and a properly made one is obvious the moment it changes hands. Heavy silk pages, a laminated cover, square trimming, stitches that line up: the production quality reads as a statement about the business before a word is read.

We print brochures and pamphlets at our Exeter bindery with book-production standards. Saddle-stitched for the classic 8–48 page brochure, perfect bound when a prospectus or look-book deserves a spine. Full colour on silk or gloss, soft-touch lamination if you want the premium hand-feel. From 10 copies for a pitch to thousands for an event — with the colour management of a printer that matches book covers for a living.

Frequently asked

Quick answers, before you ask.

What’s the difference between a brochure and a booklet?

Production-wise, nothing — both are stitched or bound sets of pages, and both run through the same bindery here. The word “brochure” usually signals marketing intent (company, product, prospectus) while “booklet” covers everything else (programmes, guides, manuals). If your job is a programme or guide, our booklet printing page speaks that language.

How many brochures can I order?

From 10 copies — genuinely useful for pitches, board packs and market-testing a design before a big run. Most corporate brochure runs land at 100–500; event and prospectus runs at 500–2,000. The per-copy price drops fastest between 50 and 250 copies, so it’s worth quoting both ends of your range.

What paper should a corporate brochure use?

The safe answer: 150gsm silk inside with a laminated 300gsm cover — substantial, colour-accurate, professional. The distinctive answer: 120gsm uncoated with a soft-touch cover, which reads more like a design publication and photographs beautifully. Grab a free sample pack and feel both before deciding.

Saddle-stitched or perfect bound?

Page count decides: 8–48 pages, saddle-stitch — it lies flatter and costs less. From 64 pages, perfect binding adds a printable spine, which matters for prospectuses and anything shelved or stacked. In between, either works — we’ll price both from the same file if you’re on the fence.

Do you offer brochure design and printing together?

We’re the printing half. Brochure design and printing works best as a partnership: your designer (or a well-built Canva layout) produces the artwork, and every order gets a free file check before press — margins, bleed, resolution and colour flagged by a person, not a bot. If your artwork needs more than a check can fix, we’ll say so plainly rather than print a problem.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes — supply Pantone references in your artwork and we’ll match as closely as digital CMYK allows, holding that match across reprints. For colour-critical brand work we recommend a printed proof of the key spread before the full run.

How fast can you turn a brochure around?

Standard turnaround is 5–10 working days from proof approval; saddle-stitched jobs typically land at the fast end. Exhibition or pitch deadline? Tell us the date before you order and we’ll schedule backwards from it.

Do you print pamphlets and folded leaflets?

Stitched pamphlets, yes — an 8-page A5 pamphlet is the smallest brochure we bind. Flat and folded-only leaflets (no staples) aren’t our lane; our production line is built around bound documents, and a leaflet specialist will beat us on price for those.
