THE STORY CONTINUES AROUND THE BOOK
The whole cover. The same atmosphere.
Your chosen design includes editable text and a coordinated back and spine. Add your title, author and blurb, then set the dimensions for your paperback.
Confirm the final page count and paper so the spine fits. Review the complete wrap and the builder's text and image-quality checks before preparing the cover for print.
A nonfiction cover often needs to communicate an idea quickly. Let the main title do one job well, then use the subtitle to explain the subject or audience in plain language.
02
Build a clear order for the words.
Title, subtitle and author should each have their own place. Try the longest text first, and resist shrinking every line just to preserve the sample layout. Adjust the design to fit your actual wording.
03
Explain the value on the back.
Describe what the book covers and who it is for. Specific, accurate examples are more useful than broad promises. Keep the author biography separate from the main description so both are easy to scan.

Nonfiction cover questions.
For pricing, shared designs and print preparation, read the collection FAQs.
What kinds of nonfiction designs are available?
Room to think offers bold lettering for a clear central idea. Good trouble is a starting point for creative nonfiction, while A better kind of busy suits personal growth and practical workbooks.
Can I add a longer explanatory subtitle?
Yes. The subtitle is editable, and you can change its size, width and position. Keep it legible and check that it supports the title without covering the artwork or competing with your name.
Does the builder create workbook pages?
No. The premade design supplies the paperback cover. Prepare your exercises, tables or other interior pages separately, then use their final page count and chosen paper to set the cover dimensions.
